Galvanized Steel Roofing Screws are specially designed to be : used for the attachment of TPO thermoplastic membranes to approved substrates. Screws and plates will be used with TPO heavy duty or general purpose fasteners for 22 gauge steel, wood, or structural concrete decks. They can also be used with SRD Roof Fasteners to attach membranes to structural steel purlins. Material：Hardened Carbon Steel. Thread Diameter: 6.3mm. The regular length can be 32mm-280mm (1 1/4"-11") or customized. FM approved.

Wide Usage: Roofing Projects： Substrates of PVC/TPO/EPDM membranes as well as insulation boards and SRD FLEXROOF systems are applied in the roof area.

Corrosion resistance: Tested by SGS, 15 cycle Kesternich test, no red rust (GB 9789). 1500hr salt spray resistance NSS test, no red rust (GB/T 10125). Comply with FM 4470, ASTM D6294, DIN 50018 standard. 
Great pull out resistance: Using with TB fixing tube, IB, IC, top metal plate, metal strap, Fl-P-16.0/6.8-PVC/TPO/EPDM non-porous plate, FPD nylon plate. Great pull out resistance. 
Provide warranty service: SRD-WATERPROOFING will provide a fifteen (15) year warranty on the installed roof system. A twenty (20) year warranty is also provided.
